Active Ingredients:

Polygonum cuspidatum root extract (50% resveratrol) 50mg: Also known as Japanese Knotweed, Crimson Beauty, Mexican Bamboo and Hu Zhang, Polygonum is a herbaceous perennial native to Japan, China and Korea, where it has been used traditionally in Chinese and Japanese medicine as a circulatory tonic. Naturally high in resveratrol concentration. Studies have shown resveratrol to have antioxidant properties, as well as cardiovascular and endocrine benefits in animals.

Chromium (as polynicotinate) 75mcg: Chromium is a trace mineral essential for normal blood sugar metabolism.

EGCG from Green Tea Extract 225 mg: A potent antioxidant component in green tea, EGCG also helps fight free radical damage and is thought to support cardiovascular health. EGCG has been shown to increase energy expenditure (a measure of metabolism), and to increase fat oxidation.

Caffeine 200 mg: Caffeine is naturally found in certain leaves, seeds, and fruits of over 60 plants worldwide, including coffee and tea, and has been shown to have a stimulating effect on mood, stamina and energy.

L-Theanine 8mg: A water soluble amino acid found in green tea and in mushrooms. In-vitro and animal studies suggest that L-Theanine may also be helpful with weight loss.
